Difficulty of the ACT test?

Hey guys, I'm a bit stressed about the ACT test. I’ve seen varying opinions about it, and I'm not sure what to think. Is the ACT test really as hard as some people make it out to be, or is it something manageable with good preparation? Any advice would be appreciated.
