GPA Requirements for Queens College?

Hey everyone, I've been looking into Queens College for my undergraduate studies. I am a bit confused about their average GPA requirements as there seems to be some conflicting info online. Does anyone who got admitted have any insights on this? Really need your guidance here.

Keeping in mind that admissions processes can always vary according to each individual's profile, Queens College, which is part of the City University of New York (CUNY) system, isn't highly selective, and you'll find the average GPA of admitted students to be around a 3.39. However, don't get too wrapped up in this number. While GPA is indeed an important factor in admissions, it's not the sole determinant. Performance in rigorous courses, class rank, and other elements of your academic performance are also taken into account.

If you're looking to boost your application further, consider that Queens College looks for students who demonstrate involvement and leadership in meaningful extracurriculars. So while hitting that average GPA is a good goal to have in mind, don't forget the big picture and ensure the entirety of your application shines in all aspects.

If you feel your GPA isn't as high as you'd want, focus on highlighting your strengths in other areas of your application, such as extracurricular involvement and your supplemental essays. Good luck!
