Does Upenn heavily consider ACT scores?

So I'm not entirely confident in my ACT score, and the University of Pennsylvania is high on my list. Does anyone know how heavily they weigh ACT scores? Would a lower score be a deal-breaker, or is it still possible to get in with solid grades, extracurriculars etc? Hoping someone can shed a light on this.
