FSU and SAT requirements

Hey, does anyone know what the SAT requirements are for Florida State University? I can't seem to find a clear answer and I really want to make sure I'm testing strong enough for them.

I think it's important to keep in mind that while many universities, including Florida State University (FSU), have a range of test scores from admitted students, they do not have a hard "requirement" or minimum for SAT scores. These scores are just one part of a multidimensional, holistic review process that also considers your GPA, course rigor, personal essays, letters of recommendation, and extracurricular activities.

However, I can still provide some context around FSU and SAT scores. The middle 50% range of SAT scores for admitted students at FSU tends to hover around 1250 -1380. This means that 25% of admitted students scored below 1250, and 25% scored above 1380. These numbers can change yearly based on the applicant pool, so they aren't set in stone.

If your current score falls within or above this range, you are competitively positioned for FSU. If you're below this range, it doesn't mean you're out of the running, but you might want to present a stronger case in other parts of your application to improve your chances.

Remember, the SAT is only one factor. Admissions officers see many other things shaping you apart from your ability to take a standardized exam. Good luck with your testing and applications!
