Sure thing! Starting from spring 2024, the SAT has fully transitioned to a digital format. With this transition, the total number of test items has also changed.
There are now a total of 98 questions on the digital SAT. Specifically,
- The Reading and Writing sections combined include two 32-minute modules with a total of 54 questions. That gives you around 71 seconds per question.
- The Math test has two 35-minute modules, making up a total of 44 questions. This allows you about 96 seconds per question, or a bit above a minute and a half.
This comes to a total testing time of roughly 134 minutes. The new digital format is a bit different than the old paper one, but with proper preparation, you'll be in great shape to do well!
