Hi guys, I was doing some research on Stetson and couldn’t easily find their acceptance rate. Does anyone know what it is? I’m just trying to get a feel for how selective they are. This would really help in deciding if it's a reach or a target for me. Thanks a lot!
Stetson University, located in DeLand, Florida, has an acceptance rate hovering around 94%. This means that for every 100 applicants, approximately 94 are offered admission. This acceptance rate indicates moderate selectivity.
However, it's worth noting that an acceptance rate isn’t the only indicator of a school’s selectivity. It would also be beneficial to consider the average GPA and standardized test scores of accepted students to better determine if Stetson University is a reach, target, or safety school for you. As of recent data, the average GPA of incoming Stetson University freshmen is about 3.51. Unfortunately, I couldn't find standardized test score information due to the university's test-optional policy.
I encourage you to consider all these elements when categorizing your schools. Good luck with your college research!
