Delaware military high schools: What are my options?

Hey y'all, I'm a junior in Delaware and I've been thinking about possibly attending a military high school for my senior year. I feel like it could better prepare me for a potential career in the military. Does anyone know of any decent military high schools in the area?

In Delaware, there's one prominent military high school that you may want to consider:

1. Delaware Military Academy: Located in Wilmington, Delaware Military Academy is a public charter high school that is affiliated with the U.S. Navy. The school combines rigorous academic coursework with cadet training in leadership and citizenship.

The curriculum is designed to prepare students for careers in the military, but also to provide them with a broad general education suitable for a variety of post-secondary options. Besides the academic subjects, students also participate in Naval JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps), which includes physical fitness and training in leadership, citizenship, and naval sciences.

However, keep in mind that transitioning schools for your senior year can be challenging. Changes in curriculum and academic rigor, coupled with the stress of final exams and college applications, can make the process stressful. Despite this, if military high school aligns with your future career aspirations in the military, it could be an appropriate step to consider.

Lastly, before making a decision, I'd recommend visiting and spending a day at the school, if possible, to get a sense of the environment and whether it aligns with your expectations and goals.
