Private VS Public Military Schools

Hey, I'm a junior and I'm looking into military schools to round out my high school education. I know private schools are more expensive, but do they offer a significantly better experience compared to public military schools? Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated.

The choice between a public and private military school can highly depend on your specific needs and circumstances. Generally, the main advantages of private military schools can include a more diverse curriculum, smaller class sizes leading to more personalized attention, and often, more extensive extracurricular options.

However, public military schools also have their perks. Ask for curriculum details, graduation rates, and post-graduation statistics. Check out their ROTC program if they have one and assess whether it aligns with your own aspirations.

This is especially relevant since military schools often have a unique culture and structure that differs from traditional high schools. The most important factor should be how well the school matches your own educational goals and personal comfort level.
