Hello!

Bradenton in Florida offers a few good post-secondary institutions for you to consider.

The first option is State College of Florida, Manatee–Sarasota (SCF). This is a public college that offers a variety of associate degree programs that help prepare for four-year universities, professional and technical certificate programs, and even a few baccalaureate options. For affordability, this is a great pick for students living in the area. In addition, Gator Engineering at SCF is a unique partnership between SCF and the University of Florida's Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. Select students are admitted to UF, start their academic studies at SCF, then transition into full-time enrollment at UF.

Finally, Keiser University and Everglades University both offer a wide range of options, from undergraduate to graduate programs. These are private institutions, and as such, tuition can be steeper. However, they can provide greater opportunities for personal instruction due to smaller class sizes.

Be sure to visit each school's respective websites to get more comprehensive information about courses and financial aid offered. Moreover, before making your choice, consider your specific interests, financial considerations, and your academic and long-term career goals. Remember that you have the flexibility to start at a two-year college then transfer later, or start directly at a four-year university. Good luck on your journey!
