Southeast Academy High: Is it military focused?

I came across a school called Southeast Academy Military and Law Enforcement High School. I was wondering if anyone could give me more insight about it. Do they only accept students interested in a military or law enforcement career, or can just about anyone join? Is the curriculum heavily focused on these areas?
