Decision Time: Public Colleges in Upstate New York

Hi everyone, I'm from New York and I'm considering applying to public colleges in upstate NY. However, I feel lost in the entire process. Could anyone suggest some reputable public colleges there specifically for a Biology program? Thanks in advance!
