Cal Poly requirements GPA?

Hey everyone, so I'm looking at Cal Poly as a potential option for colleges. I know it's competitive, so does anyone know what's the typical GPA requirement to get in? Just trying to gauge my chances.

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo is known for its competitive admissions, so aiming for a strong GPA is certainly important. While the university doesn't publicize any hard GPA minimums for admission, the middle 50% range for admitted students typically falls between 3.63 and 4.18 for the weighted GPA. This is just the middle 50% range, which means that 25% of admitted students had a GPA below a 3.96 and 25% had a GPA higher than 4.25.

Please note these GPA figures reflect a weighted GPA, where extra weight is given to honors, AP, and IB classes. If your GPA falls outside these bounds, don't lose hope! Admissions looks at more than just your GPA—they take into account your extracurricular activities, leadership roles, essays, and other parts of your application. Make sure these parts of your application are strong to help increase your overall chances of admission.
