Hello fellow college-seekers! I'm currently looking at Old Dominion University as one of my top choices. I've seen its tuition fee on the website but I'm not 100% clear on it. Does the figure stated include other compulsory fees like technology fee, health fee, and such, or these are separate? Thanks!
