Prep tips for the night before the AP exam?

So I've been cramming like crazy for this AP exam and it's the night before. Do you guys have any tips on what I should do to relax or make sure I’m prepped for tomorrow? Should I skim over my notes or just try to chill out?

It's crucial to approach the night before an AP exam with a calm and pragmatic mindset. Since you've been cramming and are likely familiar with the material at this point, the best course of action is to ensure that you're in the right headspace for test day. Skimming over your notes can be beneficial, but do so with the intention of refreshing your memory rather than learning new material. Stick to key concepts or formulas that are essential and try not to overwhelm yourself. After a brief review, it's time to relax and prepare mentally. Engage in a favorite activity that's calming, like reading for pleasure, listening to soothing music, or doing some light exercise, such as a walk to clear your head. Ensure you eat a well-balanced meal and avoid caffeine before bed to promote a good night's sleep. Also, double-check that you have everything you'll need for the test - pencils, erasers, a watch, and your student ID. Set multiple alarms to wake up on time, and arrange anything you need in the morning, so it’s ready to go. This way, you can wake up feeling prepared and not rushed. Rest is paramount; your brain consolidates information while you sleep, so make sure you get plenty of it. Best of luck on your exam!
