Converting Numerical Scores to Letter Grades

Hi guys! I've gotten back a few marks recently for some assignments and I'm trying to figure out my grade. Specifically, a 78...is that a C+ or B-? And I got another score - a 67. Ouch, I know. But again, what would that be as a letter grade? Hoping someone can clarify things a bit for me!

Definitely! Remember that the conversion from numerical scores to letter grades can vary depending on your school's grade scale, so it's always a good idea to confirm with your institution. However, commonly used grade scales in many educational systems look something like this:

- A: 90-100

- B+: 85-89

- B: 80-84

- B-: 75-79

- C+: 70-74

- C: 65-69

- C-: 60-64

- F: Below 60

So, with a score of 78, you would typically fall in the B- range. And for a 67, you would be looking at a C.

Please note that variations exist, some schools might not have plus/minus grading, and the exact grading scale can vary. You should always check the specific grading policies provided by your school or professor.
