The Beast called Tuition: What's the rate for CU Boulder?

Hey everyone - I've heard that CU Boulder has a gorgeous campus and great programs, but I can't find solid info on their tuition rates. Can anyone help me out? I'm especially interested to know about out-of-state fees if anyone knows those numbers. Thanks, guys!

Certainly, I can provide some general figures on tuition at CU Boulder, but I highly recommend that you check their official website or contact their financial aid office for the most accurate and current information.

As of the 2024-2025 academic year, the estimated tuition rate for in-state students at CU Boulder is approximately $14,004 a year. This amount comes just from tuition and fees, not including room and board or personal expenses.

However, for out-of-state students, the cost significantly increases. The estimated tuition and fees for out-of-state students is around $43,624 a year. Again, this doesn't include living expenses or personal expenses which can add to the total cost.

Please note that these are rough numbers and actual costs can vary depending on your situation. It's also important to look into financial aid opportunities, scholarships, and work-study programs that might help offset those costs. You can use the net price calculator provided by CU Boulder to give you a more accurate estimate of your potential expenses.
