Hello everyone, I'm really interested in applying to U of M Dearborn. Does anyone know about their acceptance rates? High? Low? Their website doesn't give me that much info. Any insights are appreciated.
The University of Michigan-Dearborn (U of M Dearborn) has a moderate acceptance rate. Historically, it has hovered around 55%, although keep in mind that such figures can fluctuate somewhat from year to year. Acceptance rates can offer a benchmark for comparison across colleges, but keep in mind that the acceptance rate doesn't give a full picture of your personal chances of being admitted. Your application will still be reviewed holistically, taking your GPA, test scores, essays, extracurricular activities, and letters of recommendation into account. A stronger profile can certainly help increase your chances despite the acceptance rate. So I'd suggest focusing on building a strong application to truly increase your chances. Hope this helps!
