Easy Admission in PAC 12 Colleges?

Hey folks, just trying to plan things out a bit. I've been looking into PAC 12 schools, as I'm quite interested in them. While I'm putting in the work to get my grades & extracurriculars on point for the tougher ones, do you guys know which among them are considered the 'easiest' to get admitted to? I mean, as a kind of backup plan? Appreciate any help you can give!
