Choosing an Easier Sport for College

I've participated in sports all through high school and, while I'm not exactly aiming for a scholarship, I'd still love to continue in college. Can anyone tell me what are generally considered the easiest sports to play in college?

It's wonderful to hear that you're interested in continuing your athletic journey in college. When considering what might be the "easiest" sport, there are a few factors to take account of, such as your personal physical fitness, skills, and experience.

If you've participated in sports like soccer, basketball, or any other sport which involves overall fitness, picking up something like ultimate frisbee or intramural soccer might be relatively easy and enjoyable, as they'd make use of your endurance and agility. On the other hand, if you're keen on learning something new, consider less traditional sports like crew (rowing), climbing, or even something like club Quidditch.

Intramural and club sports typically have less intensive schedules and are less competitive than varsity sports, making them a great option for those looking to balance sports with academic demands. Many schools offer a wide range of sports to choose from, so you can try something new or stick with a sport you're familiar with.

Remember, the "easiest" sport will depend on the individual, and the most important thing is that you enjoy it. Take advantage of any opportunity to try out sports before committing in order to find the right fit for you.
