Looking for an easy class at Skyline College

Hey everyone, I'm trying to balance my course load for next semester at Skyline College. Can anyone recommend an easier class that I could take to help lighten the load a bit? Curious about both electives and required courses!

When considering "easier" courses, keep in mind that the workload and difficulty can vary greatly depending on the instructor and your own strengths and interests. That being said, some students have found 'Survey of American Cinema' to be an enjoyable and less intense class. It covers the history of American film and you'll be watching and analyzing various movies as part of your coursework. Another course many students consider lighter is 'Introduction to Communication Studies', which offers a broad overview of communication theories and concepts. It's a valuable class, especially if you like participating in discussions and group work.

In terms of required courses, 'Introduction to Psychology' tends to be a manageable course due to its general education nature and the interesting concepts it covers. But again, this can depend a lot on the professor and your own interest in the subject.

It's important to check the syllabus for each class and perhaps read the reviews on RateMyProfessors for the professor, to get a better idea of the workload and teaching style. Your academic advisor might also have recommendations based on your major and interests. Plus, once you pick a class, consider asking in this forum if anyone has taken it before and what their experiences were.
