Which basic science class should I take in college?

Science isn't my strongest subject, to be honest. Any suggestions for a basic science class in college that isn't too challenging? Looking to fulfill my science requirement without too much stress.

It sounds like you're looking for a science class that will provide a solid foundation without overwhelming you. When thinking about science classes, remember that different courses appeal to different learning styles and interests, so it's worth considering what aspects of science you find most accessible.

If you're more interested in the life-based aspect of science, consider a course in "Introductory Biology" or "Ecology." They usually focus on larger concepts, like ecosystems or basic cellular functions, rather than getting into the more advanced micro-details.

Or, if you're more comfortable with concepts rather than formulas and computations, you might find a course in "Astronomy" (which is often more theoretical and conceptual) or "Geology" (which can offer a tangible, physical aspect of science) to be more suitable.

Also remember to look at the course syllabi if they're available, or potentially talk to other students who have taken the class. That can give you a sense of the workload and the style of the instructor.

Remember, the aim of science requirements in university is to broaden your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. So even if science isn't your strongest suit, approaching the subject with an open mind could help improve your overall academic skills.
