Need recommendations for easy college art courses

Hey, any suggestions on which College Art courses are considered 'easy' but are still interesting? I don't want something that's going to stress me out, but I don't want to breeze through it either.

From my experience working with college students, most of them find introductory-level art history, digital arts, and photography courses to be fairly manageable while still being engaging.

1. Art History 101: These courses often take a broad look at different periods in art history and explore the reasons behind the various artistic movements. There's usually not much hands-on work, but you'll need to do some reading and writing.

2. Digital Arts: This often involves learning basic design principles, how to use software like Adobe Illustrator, and creating your own projects. If you're tech-savvy, you might find these courses interesting.

3. Photography: Photography for beginners is another popular course. This one generally allows for more creativity, as you'll be out in the field capturing your own images. There's also often a technical component where you'll learn how to use different equipment and editing software.

4. Introduction to Drawing: Focuses on basic drawing techniques such as line, shape, shading, and perspective. Designed for beginners, this course helps students develop foundational skills through simple projects and exercises.

5. Introduction to Painting: This covers basic painting techniques and color theory, typically using acrylics or watercolors. This course encourages experimentation with different styles and allows students to explore their creativity in a supportive environment.

Just remember, "easy" is relative and varies from student to student. For one person, a course might be a breeze, but for another, it might be more challenging. I encourage you to check out course descriptions and evaluations to get a good idea of what to expect. Consider your own strengths and interests too.

And don't be afraid to challenge yourself a little! College is a great time to step outside your comfort zone and try something new. Maybe you'll discover a new passion or a previously unrecognized talent.
