Choosing Manageable College Programs

I need some help, please. I wanted to know, in general, what are considered the 'easier' programs to take in college? I know 'easiest' is subjective and depends a lot on personal interests, but I just want some guidance on which programs might be less demanding academically or has more attainable completion requirements?

When it comes to choosing a college program, it's crucial to base your decision on your strengths and interests rather than perceived ease. As you've correctly noted, what might be 'easy' for one person could be difficult for another, depending on their aptitudes and passions.

That said, some academic programs typically demand less intense mathematics or science courses compared to STEM degrees. Courses in social sciences, arts, and humanities such as English, History, Sociology, or Communications can be less demanding in terms of the complexity of the material. However, they often require substantial reading, writing, and critical thinking.

Degree programs in Business Administration or Marketing can be comprehensive but generally not as rigorous as some STEM areas. Nevertheless, they still demand a strong work ethic and typically include coursework in statistics or economics.

Education programs also can be less academically demanding compared with those in the sciences and engineering. The coursework can often be hands-on, practical, and focused on learning teaching techniques and educational theories.

Again, it's important to remember that 'easier' does not automatically mean 'better.' Whatever program you choose should align with your personal interests, career goals, and academic strengths. It's always better to excel in a field you love than to coast through a major you're not passionate about simply because it's perceived as easier.

Lastly, keep in mind that individual course loads, the demand of the coursework, and graduation requirements will vary by institution, so researching individual schools and programs is a beneficial step.
