Query about college study - what's the easiest major?

Hey everyone! As a current high school junior, I'm in the throes of selecting potential college majors. I guess I'm looking for a major that wouldn't be super difficult to handle with everything else going on. So, which major, in your opinion, is the easiest to study in college?

Determining the easiest major largely depends on your personal strengths and interests. Majors that some people find straightforward might not be for others, due to differences in individual aptitudes and preferences.

However, it's important to consider that choosing a major just because it's perceived as "easy" might not serve you well in the long run. What is crucial is to find something that genuinely interests you, as that will make coursework seem less burdensome and more engaging.

Many students find that humanities subjects (like English, Philosophy, or History) have a more straightforward course structure, mainly revolving around reading and writing, which might seem less intimidating if you're comfortable with these skills. On the other hand, if you enjoy numbers and calculations, majors like Business or certain social sciences could seem easier for you.

It also helps to think about your long-term goals and job prospects. An "easy" major may not necessarily translate into an easy job market, so try to balance your interest and the work involved with potential return on investment in gaining skills in a particular field.

Do some research on different majors offered by the colleges you're interested in, check the course content, and try to get a sense of what you might enjoy studying. Remember, college is a time to explore, learn and challenge yourself, not to take the path of least resistance! Be open to new subjects and experiences, and you might find your true passion, which will help you succeed in any area, no matter the perceived or actual difficulty!
