What Would You Say is the Easiest Language to Learn in College?

So, my college requires that I take a foreign language class. I'm already too familiar with Spanish and French so I'm looking for something new and its difficulty doesn't bother me that much (although I hope it's not too hard). What languages would you suggest are easy to pick up?
