I wasn’t able to take the PSAT on the official test date due to a family emergency. Does anyone know if there’s a makeup day or a way to still take the PSAT, or do I have to wait until next year? Feeling a bit stressed because I wanted to qualify for National Merit.

Unfortunately, the PSAT/NMSQT is offered officially only once a year in October, with a primary test day and an alternate test day. If you missed both, there isn't an option for an individual makeup.
