Easiest online college class?

I hope this isn't too generic of a question. Given the current situation with many classes being moved online, I'm trying to decide on a fairly easy online class to take next semester. I'm already looking at a heavy workload, so something light would be really nice. Any suggestions?

There are a couple of online courses commonly considered as less rigorous than others, although the "ease" of a course can heavily depend on one's personal strengths, previous knowledge, and interest in the subject.

In general, introductory courses with less material to memorize like 'Intro to Art History,' 'Intro to Sociology' or 'Intro to Psychology' might be on the lighter side. These classes usually just require basic understanding and recall of concepts, which can be simpler than the complex problem-solving or writing tasks found in other courses.

Likewise, 'Public Speaking' or 'Effective Communication' courses could also be less strenuous intellectually, but can still impart extremely useful skills. These may require some virtual presentations, but typically don't demand heavy reading or multi-page essays.

You could also check if your university offers courses specifically designed as 'electives for a GPA boost', as these are usually developed to help students balance difficult schedule and alleviate stress.

However, bear in mind that even if the course is deemed 'easy', participation, time commitment and active engagement will still be vital to succeed. Make sure whichever class you choose is at the least somewhat engaging for you to stay motivated.
