Hardest Basic Training in the Military?

Hey y'all, junior here. And weirdly, I've always liked challenges. So, I was wondering, when it comes to basic training, what military branch has the hardest one?

Each branch of the U.S. military has its own unique challenges, and difficulty can be subjective depending on your own strengths, weaknesses, and experiences. However, many agree that the Marine Corps has the most demanding basic training, or "boot camp."

Marine Corps Recruit Training lasts 13 weeks, compared to about 7-10 weeks in other branches, and emphasizes physical conditioning, discipline, and combat skills. Recruits start with a Physical Fitness Test and Combat Fitness Test, and only those who pass can move onto further training. They then undergo exercises such as martial arts, marksmanship, and amphibious assault, concluding with the Crucible, a 54-hour team-building endurance exercise. The Marines place heavy emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and character, along with physical and combat training.

Regardless of which branch you choose, basic training will be physically and mentally challenging, designed to transform you from a civilian into a soldier, sailor, airman, or Marine. It's advisable to thoroughly research each branch, considering not just the intensity of basic training, but also the types of jobs and lifestyle each branch offers, to find the best fit for you.
