How long does the PSAT take?

Anyone who has recently taken the PSAT, how long did the whole process take? Not just the test itself but the whole morning? Need to plan some things and any info would be great!

My kid took the PSAT last year, and from what I remember, the whole morning was wrapped up in about four hours or so. The test itself is about 2 hours and 45 minutes. But you should also factor in the time for the pre-test instructions, which can take about 15-30 minutes depending on how quickly everyone settles in and the proctors get things rolling.

Then at the end, there’s usually a bit of time to collect materials, which can take another 10-15 minutes. But remember, schools vary in how they handle the logistics of the test. Some might start right on time, while others could have a slight delay.
