Which Colleges are the Easiest to Apply To?

Starting this whole application process, feeling a little lost but excited. I want to make sure I spread my chances so do you guys have any suggestions on which colleges have relatively simpler applications to complete? Thanks!

Certain universities and colleges do have simpler application processes in terms of fewer requirement components. Here are some:

1) Loyola University Chicago: One feature that simplifies the process for this school is that it doesn't charge an application fee. Additionally, it allows for self-reporting of standardized test scores, while it does still require at least one letter of recommendation.

2) The Cal State System: With 23 campuses across the state, these universities operate under a unified system and utilize the Cal State Apply application. It's a simple application where you fill out one form that can be sent in any combination to their campuses. They do not require essays or letters of recommendation, and for the 2024-2025 application cycle, they're test-blind, meaning SAT or ACT scores aren't considered. If accepted to a CSU campus, ACT or SAT test scores can be used as one of the measures to place students in the proper mathematics and written communication courses.

3) The University of Alabama: This school charges a $40 application fee for first-time freshmen. However, it doesn't require an essay or letters of recommendation, and you can self-report test scores.

Note that while some colleges may have simpler applications, that doesn't necessarily equate to easier admissions. It's about presenting a strong profile that aligns with the college's expectations. Good luck on your college application journey!
