College Course Recommendations, Please!

Hello everyone! I'm trying to balance my course load and wondered if there are any sure-fire 'easy' classes I can take in college. Any suggestions?

Deciding which courses to take can be a fun part of the college experience! As you're looking, bear in mind that what one person finds "easy" might be difficult for someone else, depending on their skills, interests, and past experiences.

That being said, there are some courses that students often find more manageable. "Intro to Psychology" classes, for instance, are often considered accessible and interesting for many students. Similarly, entry-level sociology and communications courses tend to be popular choices for those seeking less strenuous classes.

If you enjoy storytelling and reading, courses in literature or creative writing can be engaging and relatively relaxed, depending on your aptitude for these subjects. Art history or film studies classes are also often reported to be quite enjoyable for students due to their engaging content, even though some reading and analysis work is involved.

Classes in physical education or health sciences can offer a break from purely academic studies. These might involve yoga, dance, or basic health and wellness, which can work to relieve stress and contribute to a balanced schedule, while still earning you credit.

Another thing to consider is any hobbies or personal interests you have – there may be a course related to that which might seem fun and low-stress to you because of your personal interest in the subject.

Ultimately, an 'easy' class would ideally be one where you're interested in the materials, and not merely for the easy credits. The more you care about a subject, the less the workload will feel like work.

Please consult your academic advisor before making your course decisions, because he or she will have a better understanding of your academic strengths, weaknesses, and overall course load. Also, remember to confirm that any chosen classes will fit your degree requirements. Good luck!
