Suggestions on Easiest IT Colleges

I'm planning to take a major in IT but I'm not the most tech-savvy person. Are there any colleges around known for having manageable IT courses that aren't overly complex? I want to learn, but I don't want to be overwhelmed right from the start.

While each student's experience with a subject can be subjective depending upon their background and ability, it's a fair request to look for an introductory Information Technology (IT) program that provides a strong foundation without a steep learning curve for starters.

Western Governors University (WGU) might be a good fit. They offer an online Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program, which is typically known for its flexibility and support for beginners. It would help you to ease into the IT field gradually.

Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) has an Associate in Information Sciences and Technology degree that could be a great starting point. The courses are manageable, and you have the potential to further your studies if you find the material suits you.

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) also offers an online IT program which has flexible curriculum and assignments, perfect for a beginner. Their program is designed in such a way that it builds foundational knowledge first, and then expands upon it.

Remember, whichever college IT program you choose, make sure it starts with basic classes like intro to computing, fundamentals of IT, and programming fundamentals, before moving onto more advanced topics. Take advantage of office hours, tutoring resources, and study groups to help ease the learning process. You'll find yourself becoming more tech-savvy as you delve deeper into your IT coursework. Good luck!
