Exploring Cedar Crest Campus

Hi folks, as I'm getting closer to college applications, I've been doing virtual tours of my shortlisted colleges since visits are a bit difficult for me. Cedar crest is on that list. Anyone here who can tell me a bit more about their experience on the Cedar Crest campus? What aspects do you think make it unique?

While I haven't personally attended Cedar Crest, I can provide some insight based on what other students have shared. The campus, located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, is described as beautiful and compact, which makes getting around easy. Given its small size, there's a strong sense of community with ample opportunities for interaction.

One of the aspects often brought up is the emphasis on empowerment and leadership, particularly since Cedar Crest is a women's college. Students report that there are numerous leadership opportunities, such as heading clubs or student-run organizations.

The focus on health and wellness is another unique feature of Cedar Crest. The school offers wellness programs, and there are workout facilities readily available. Plus, the quad is a popular spot for yoga and other wellness activities.

Finally, Cedar Crest's performing arts center is a significant part of the campus life. Many students participate in theater or music productions, providing enriching experiences beyond the academic scene. If you're interested in performing arts, Cedar Crest could be an ideal choice.

Remember, these are general points gathered from various student experiences. They might not necessarily reflect your own experience should you choose Cedar Crest, as individual experiences can vary significantly. It's also a good idea to connect with current students or alumni to delve deeper into specific aspects that you might be interested in.
