University of Mount Olive Tuition?

Hey, I'm starting my college search and I've been looking at University of Mount Olive. But I couldn't find the exact tuition fee on their website. Anyone has the inside scoop on how much they generally charge?

Hello! The University of Mount Olive is a private institution, so tuition tends to be a bit higher than state-funded schools. In general, for the 2024-2025 academic year, you can expect the total full-time tuition and fees to be around $26,200 per year for new undergraduate students.

Keep in mind that this just includes tuition and fees, not room and board. If you plan to live on campus, that total cost including room and board would likely be a fair bit higher, perhaps around $39,400 a year. These estimates can also change slightly from year to year, but they should give you a ballpark idea.

Don't let the cost discourage you - there's financial aid available which can greatly reduce the price for many students. You would have to factor in various scholarships, grants, and work-study opportunities offered by the school and other sources. I would highly recommend filling out the FAFSA application to determine your eligibility for financial aid and discussing with the school's financial aid office.

Hope that helps, and best of luck with your college search!
