Military Camouflages: Which Branch Uses Multicam?

I'm an aspiring illustrator and recently been interested in military camouflages - you know, the patterns on uniforms and stuff. I'm particularly curious about multicam camouflage. Does anyone know which branch of the U.S military typically uses this type of camouflage? Any info would be appreciated!

The Multicam pattern is generally used by the U.S. Army and is intended to address the real-world need to blend into various environments, seasons, elevations, and light conditions. They adopted this in 2010 for use in Afghanistan, due to its ability to adapt to varying landscapes.

However, it's important to note that the different branches of the military have different patterns for their camouflage. For instance, the Air Force uses the Airman Battle Uniform (ABU), the Navy uses Type III, and the Marines have the Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform (MCCUU).

That said, it's also not uncommon for some Special Operations soldiers across various branches to use Multicam as well due to its versatility.

Hope this helps with your illustrations!
