Military Travel Opportunities?

Hello everyone. I've been thinking about a career in the military and I've always had a bit of wanderlust. Do ya'll have any recommendations on which military branch requires you to travel a lot as part of the job?

Each branch of the military offers unique travel opportunities, but some branches may offer more extensive opportunities for travel.

1. The Navy: The nature of this branch's work means you could be stationed on a ship, submarine, or at a base anywhere around the world. Frequent relocation is common, and while on assignment, you may visit various ports across the globe for rest and recuperation.

2. The Air Force: While many Air Force personnel work on bases in the United States, there are opportunities for temporary assignments overseas. Also, pilots and flight crews get to travel while performing their duties and may have layovers in various countries.

3. The Army: The Army has a more distributed network of stations with bases on every continent except Antarctica. This means there's a wide potential for travel, but soldiers are often in one location for longer periods than those in the Navy or Air Force.

4. The Marine Corps: The Marine Corps often works closely with the Navy, which provides extensive travel opportunities. Marines are stationed all over the world and are frequently deployed on Navy ships.

5. Space Force and Coast Guard have fewer overseas assignments, so might offer less travel.
