Is GGC a good choice for college?

I've been looking into Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) as one of my options after high school. What do previous or current students think about it? Share any reviews or experiences you've had so far.

From an academic perspective, Georgia Gwinnett College boasts smaller class sizes which is great because it allows for more focused, individualized attention from professors. This kind of intimate learning environment can be beneficial for your academic growth and comprehension of course materials, and it's something that larger universities often can't offer because of their student-to-faculty ratio.

Moreover, the tuition rates at GGC are relatively affordable, especially for in-state students, making it a good option if cost is a consideration for you. The college also offers a range of majors, giving you plenty of flexibility in finding a program that suits your career goals.

When it comes to campus life, GGC has a more commuter-based environment. This means there may not be as many on-campus activities or events as there would be at a residential college. However, they do have a variety of clubs and organizations that you could join to make connections and enhance your college experience.

As with any college, it's crucial to visit if possible, and certainly reach out to admissions and current students who can share their experiences if you cannot visit in person.

Additionally, factors like your intended major, your learning style, and your career goals should play a big role in your decision. It can also be beneficial to reach out to alumni or current students to get insight on their experiences at GGC.

Remember, what makes a college "good" or "bad" heavily depends on what you're looking for in a college experience. So, ensure you weigh all the relevant factors before making a decision.
