Is Assumption University Populous or More Close-Knit?

I'm really torn between going to a large or a small university. Can anyone give me an idea about Assumption University's student population? Is it overwhelming? Do professors really get to know you? Any info would be great!

Assumption University is considered a small to medium-sized institution. Their total undergraduate enrollment usually hovers just under 2,000 students. While it certainly isn't a "large" university, it's certainly not tiny, either.

From what I understand, the smaller student body creates somewhat of a close-knit feel. Many students report knowing a lot of their peers by name and being familiar with their professors. Assumption's student-to-faculty ratio is about 11:1, which suggests it's likely professors will know their students on an individual basis.

Given that class sizes are relatively small, students often feel a strong sense of community and the opportunity to form close relationships with instructors and classmates. It's also easier to stand out in classes and have more personal academic support.

Of course, what one person might find overwhelming, others might consider normal. Remember, it isn't just the size of the university that matters, but also how it manages its student body and the culture it cultivates. If you have the chance, consider visiting the campus or connecting with current students to get a better feel of the environment.
