Sure, let me provide some insights that might help you. University of Arkansas is, indeed, a well-regarded institution. According to the U.S. News & World Report's 2024 National University Rankings, it was ranked #178 among national universities. This means it is competitive but not extraordinarily selective, with an acceptance rate around 68%.

The University of Arkansas is especially known for its programs in business and engineering. Its Sam M. Walton College of Business is consistently ranked among the top 50 undergraduate business schools in the country. The engineering department, while not as high-ranked, has a good reputation and has several ABET-accredited programs.

Campus life at University of Arkansas is also pretty vibrant. With around 27,000 students, the school has a wide variety of activities and organizations to get involved in. Many students speak highly of the beautiful campus and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, embodying the Southern charm of Fayetteville. The university is also part of the SEC, so if you love college sports, especially football, you're in for a treat.

If you are out-of-state, keep in mind that the out-of-state tuition is quite high. However, the University of Arkansas does offer a New Arkansan Non-Resident Tuition Award Scholarship that can considerably lower the cost for eligible students. You might want to apply for it if you're seriously considering attending this institution.

Remember to visit the campus if you can, or take part in a virtual visit to get a vibe of the university culture. I hope this information helps you in your decision-making process!
