Architecture Schools in Washington State

Hey guys! I'm really interested in architecture and I'd like to possibly study in Washington State. Could anyone recommend good architecture programs there?

Absolutely, Washington State hosts some excellent architecture programs.

The University of Washington, located in Seattle, is known for its strong and comprehensive architecture program. It offers both undergraduate and graduate programs in architecture. The undergraduate program offers a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture and a Minor in Architecture. Also, their design studios, computer labs, and libraries are filled with resources for architecture students.

Further, Washington State University, located in Pullman, offers a solid architecture program as well. They offer a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, which can give you a well-rounded architectural education.

Both institutions cover a range of topics curricular areas like design, history, theory, technology, and practice. Remember, choosing the right program also depends on your specific interests in architectural study, be it modern design principles, historic structuring or energy efficient and sustainable designs. Hence, it would be useful to research more on the specific areas these programs emphasize on or explore based on your own area of interest.
