Trouble with RPI Admissions Portal?

Hey guys! So I've been trying to check my application status but I am facing a few hurdles with the RPI admissions portal. Anyone else experiencing this, or has some advice on what I can do about it?

Absolutely! It's quite common to face tech issues sometimes, especially when web traffic becomes high during application season. First, you might want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as these can sometimes interfere with site performance. If you're using a mobile device, you could try switching to a desktop computer instead, as some portals work better on bigger screens. If this still doesn't solve the problem, changing browsers entirely could be a good shot. Take note that the portal system may sometimes be incompatible with older versions of certain browsers, hence, updating your current browser or swapping to Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari might help. Try to login from an incognito browser as well, to see if it is an extension affecting it.

Finally, if none of these resolves the issue, try reaching out to the RPI Admissions Office directly. They can assist you if there's a problem with your specific account or, if it's a systemic issue, they can let their IT department know. In either case, you won't be the only one facing this, and colleges understand these types of tech hiccups. Here's the email for you: admissions@rpi.edu.

No need to stress. Take deep breaths, tech issues can be very frustrating. They'll definitely assist you in sorting this out. Good luck!
