UCR Computer Science Program

I am applying to UCR for Computer Science, but I'm not really sure about the quality of the program there. Does anyone know how the CS program stands compared to other UCs? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the program? Any info would be much appreciated.

Compared to other UCs, UCR's Computer Science program aligns well in terms of rigor and curriculum. While it might not have the high prestige or publicity as UC Berkeley or UCLA's CS programs, it's held in high regard and the department boasts some quality measures.

One of the strengths of UCR's Computer Science program is its emphasis on both theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience. Many courses incorporate a significant hands-on component, allowing students to apply theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.
