USC Acceptance Letter

Hey peeps, it's USC application season and things are seriously heating up. I've put in my app and am currently waiting on the edge of my seat. Does anyone know when USC typically sends out their acceptance letters? How do they communicate this—email, snail mail? Any info would be super helpful!

Hello there! I completely understand the anticipation you must be feeling. After all, it's a big moment! As per USC's established timeline, decisions are usually released by April 1st annually. Note that this timeline may slightly vary each year.

Traditionally, USC sends out a physical package to admitted students which typically includes the acceptance letter. However, many students often see their admission status online via the USC Applicant Portal before getting the packet in the mail. This is simply because email and online updates are faster while the physical mail may take a couple of days depending on where you live.

It's an exciting time, but remember to be patient. And while you wait, it could be useful to continue exploring USC's programs and campus life so you can hit the ground running if you're accepted. Good luck on your application!
