Which online colleges and universities are military friendly?

Hi guys, here's the deal: I'm a junior and I'm oriented towards joining the military post high school but I still want to go to college. I'm considering online schools because of the flexibility they offer. Can anyone help point me to some universities or colleges online that are military-friendly? Thank you!

Sure, there is a fair number of military-friendly online colleges and universities out there. These institutions often provide military-exclusive scholarships, credit for military training, designated military advisers, and even tuition discounts for service members.

1. Penn State World Campus: This program is designed for active military and veterans. It provides military-exclusive scholarships, and you may be able to earn credit for military training.

2. Arizona State University (ASU) Online: ASU Online offers flexible degree programs with multiple start dates throughout the year. Military tuition assistance is accepted, and the university has a dedicated military advocate to assist with administrative and financial concerns.

3. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide: Known as one of the top providers of higher education for service members since it offers special military pricing and participates in the Yellow Ribbon program.

4. University of Maryland Global Campus: They offer in-state tuition rates for all military and their spouses, accepts military tuition assistance, and have a dedicated veterans department.

Before applying, you may like to reach out to these colleges about any cost reductions and be sure to ask them how they accommodate the needs of active service members. Also, take into consideration the subjects you are interested in as not all schools might have the degree program you're looking for.
