Understanding the Air Force Military College Program

Hello! So, I'm pretty interested in the Air Force Military College program. I've done some research but still, I'm a little confused about some stuff. Can someone elaborate more about what the program includes, its advantages and possible drawbacks? Does it provide a unique experience or career opportunities compared to regular college?
