Question about setting up profile

I’m trying to finish setting up my profile and it says that I have it 80% done, and I just need to finish the preferences section. Thing is, I already completed it and it sends me to that screen that shows that I have completed all preferences sections and the next option is to go to my list of schools. I don’t know if there’s something I’m missing or if it’s just a glitch. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice is appreciated.

if you believe you have followed all instructions and completed all sections, it still shows as 80% completed. Then, yes, it could be a bug or a technological issue. I recommend that you describe your current problem to support@collegevine.com. They will assess the situation and assist you in dealing with it appropriately!
