Chance simulation with weighted GPA

HI! I noticed that CollegeVine simulates chance using an unweighted GPA. I don't exactly see how that will accurately demonstrate the chances of college admission. My school is very competitive and rigorous, making AP classes even harder than they should be. I have a decent weighted GPA, but my unweighted isn't as impressive. I think including my unweighted GPA messes up my chance simulations when I believe, in reality, there is more to it than that unweighted GPA alone. Is there anything I might be able to do to optimize the chance simulator better so that I might adjust my unweighted by a particular constant depending on my weighted GPA?

That's just a limitation of the chancing engine. Don't worry about it. Due to the nature of college applications, you're never going to be able to make the best simulator; unfortunately, it is difficult to convey weighted GPA in a manner that is more equitable than the current way. If you add the number of APs that you have taken, CV will take it into account.
