Im a junior taking IB

Hi everyone,

I am a sophomore taking IB next year. I have good grades, they aren't amazing but solid Bs and some As. I do many extracurriculars but know that getting into Uc schools and even Cal state schools is getting more difficult every year. Any tips?

Yeah, I've got a few. As a rising senior, I'd say try to look at what is important to those colleges and capitalize on that. Say, for example, a college prioritizes leadership. In this case, you'd do something that interests you and that you enjoy that emanates that. Maybe find a group of peers with a similar interest to create an organization for a cause. From this maybe you could establish a business, website, or maybe just a community event. Either way, you enjoy it and it shows leadership. I hope this helps a little.
