It's not what extracurriculars you did, it's really just how much did you make an impact on the world with your extracurriculars? (e.g. Starting a club that raised $100,000 in donations). Schools such as Harvard and MIT don't really look at your extracurriculars unless you've made a significant impact. Look at CollegeVine's Tier 1 extracurriculars, that's really the bare minimum for top universities to even remotely consider the fact that you invested in that activity. If you want to impress them, look at whatever is the highest Tier 1 (usually Tier 1a) for whatever you choose for your extracurriculars to get a good grasp at what top schools are looking for (I myself have a Tier 1b and a Tier 1c Extracurriculars and that's still considered average considering my background + school).
