What are some good activities that will increase my chances into getting into good universities?

What are some good activities that will increase my chances into getting into good universities? I currently volunteer and I am applying to volunteer to many more places. I am also taking a college course and will be taking AP Psychology next year as a senior. Is there anything else I should do? I haven't taken an SAT test before is that bad and should I take one soon?

its not necessarily a bad thing that you haven't taken your SAT, but definitely plan to take it before the end of junior year! Although some of the schools you want might be test optional, it can be a really good application boost if you get a good score!
